Our clinics have reopened post-lockdown following the Covid-19 pandemic, prioritizing the safety of our staff and clients through stringent measures aligned with government guidance.
Key precautions in place include:
Regular screening and testing of clinical staff for COVID-19.
Mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by our staff, including masks, eye protection, and gloves.
Installation of hand sanitizers throughout the building, accompanied by clear signage.
Encouragement of contactless payments whenever possible.
During your visit to our clinic, we will observe the following procedures:
A nurse will contact all clients one week before their appointments to review COVID precautions.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, we will make a courtesy reminder call one day before your scheduled appointment. During this call, we will reconfirm your attendance and remind you of the essential safety protocols in place.
Please note that we require all clients to attend their appointments alone to minimise the number of individuals within the clinic at any given time.
When you arrive, our team will perform a non-contact temperature check at the entrance. If your temperature exceeds 37.8°C, we will not allow entry and will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment in line with our health and safety policy.
We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
– Clients will be provided with a sanitised iPad to complete their medical history, which they will retain during their clinic visit.

We will conduct consultations while maintaining a minimum distance of 6 feet between individuals.

Our team will strictly enforce social distancing protocols throughout the building.

After you complete your medical history, we will escort you directly to a treatment room to minimise contact with others.
– All doors will be opened by staff wearing PPE to prevent multiple individuals from touching door handles.
