Outlined below are the terms governing the provision of services by Sculpted by Doctors to its clients. It is important to thoroughly read and understand these terms before booking any treatments or procedures at Sculpted by Doctors.
1.1 These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between the patient (referred to as “you/your”) and Sculpted by Doctors (referred to as “us/our”).
1.2 We advise you to carefully read these terms along with our privacy policy and address any queries you may have.
1.3 By registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We are actively monitoring concerns related to the coronavirus and adhering to government guidelines while frequently reviewing our policies. For updated government advice on the coronavirus, please refer to the government website.
We have implemented additional safety measures at Sculpted by Doctors to prioritise the safety of our clients. We have also devised a clear protocol for extending treatment courses if necessary.
If you anticipate difficulty in completing your treatment course as prescribed, please consult with our clinic manager for further guidance. We ensure our clients that their treatments are safeguarded and can be completed even if delayed.
3.1. Upon booking an appointment, we may require full or partial payment, a portion of which may be retained as described in sub-clause 3.2. if you cancel the appointment without prior notice of at least 48 hours.
3.2. We do not guarantee a specific date or therapist unless an appointment is booked for the requested time and date.
3.3. If you anticipate being late for an appointment, please notify us. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being treated as cancelled without notice.
3.4. Rescheduling an appointment is permissible without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3.5. Cancellation of an appointment renders the deposit non-refundable.
3.6. In exceptional circumstances such as illness or bereavement, rescheduling an appointment without 48 hours’ notice may be considered, and charges for late cancellation may be waived at our discretion.
3.7. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment under certain circumstances detailed in clauses 3.8.1 and 3.8.2. In such cases, any deposit or advance payment made will be fully refunded.
3.8. We aim to start appointments promptly but delays may occur due to various reasons. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, or if notified of a delay of at least that duration, you may reschedule the appointment.
4.1. Payment according to our price list is required upon completion of services provided.
4.2. Payment for services can be made using credit/debit card (excluding Amex), cash, gift vouchers, or bank transfer.
4.3. Prices may change without prior notice, but any increase will not apply to appointments made prior to the price change.
4.4. We do not retain credit card information and will never request such information from you. Card details will not be stored at Sculpted by Doctors for any payments made in person or over the phone.
5.1. Gift vouchers are available from the Clinic.
5.2. Gift vouchers are valid for the duration specified on the voucher.
5.3. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for treatments provided at the clinic and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.4. Only the recipient or purchaser of the voucher may use gift vouchers.
6.1. Treatment will not be provided if, following consultation, it is deemed unsuitable or unlikely to be successful.
6.2. Treatment will not be provided to individuals under 18 years of age without appropriate age verification.
6.3. Treatment will not be provided to pregnant or breastfeeding individuals or those with medical conditions or taking medications that may interfere with treatment.
6.4. Treatment will not be provided if it conflicts with any laws, codes of practice, or regulations.
7.1. Full payment for treatment courses is required in advance or at the time of the initial treatment.
7.2. Treatment courses (excluding Laser hair removal) must be completed within twelve months of purchase, failing which any remaining treatments will be forfeited.
7.3. Treatment courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7.4. Refunds for incomplete courses due to severe or terminal medical conditions will be provided after deducting the cost of treatments already taken.
7.5. Short-term/temporary side effects or rare side effects do not warrant refunds or payment transfers.
7.6. The cost of a single treatment is double the cost of a treatment course.
8.1. Routine review appointments are offered after Botulinum Toxin treatment, where additional treatment or ‘top-up’ may be offered if clinically required.
8.2. Complimentary ‘top-up’ treatments must be scheduled 2-3 weeks after the initial treatment; otherwise, they will not be provided.
9.1. Dermal filler top-ups are chargeable.
10.1. Value packs, such as IV drips courses, are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for alternative treatments.
11.1. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted on the clinic premises without adult supervision.
11.2. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms without accompanying adults.
11.3. Failure to adhere to supervision requirements may result in appointment cancellation and loss of fees or deposit.
To maintain a conducive environment, we request that all mobile phones be switched off or silenced during clinic visits. Unauthorised videography will be confiscated and deleted.
13.1. While every effort is made to ensure satisfactory outcomes, treatment fees are non-refundable due to variations in individual responses and outcomes.
13.2. No refunds will be provided for sub-optimal results, complications, or adverse reactions.
14.1. Products purchased at the clinic or over the phone are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
14.2. Faulty
products must be returned to the clinic for assessment before processing a refund.
15.1. While we prioritise patient safety, no clinical procedure is entirely risk-free, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
15.2. Complications and associated risks will be discussed during consultation, and potential complications will be documented.
15.3. In case of complications requiring urgent attention beyond our expertise, alternative arrangements for treatment will be facilitated.
15.4. Patients should note that private medical insurance may not cover complications arising from aesthetic treatments.
Your safety is paramount. In the event of concerns regarding equipment safety, appointments may be rescheduled, prioritising patient well-being.
17.1. Patients are required to complete a registration form providing accurate contact details.
17.2. A medical questionnaire must be completed before the initial appointment for consultation and treatment planning.
17.3. Patients must review and update their medical questionnaire at subsequent appointments to ensure accuracy.
17.4. Prior to any treatment, patients are required to sign a consent form, with the option to withdraw consent at any time.
17.5. Records and case documents for each patient will be maintained by us.
17.6. Patients have the right to request copies of their documents upon payment of a reasonable fee determined by us.
17.7. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may exempt Sculpted by Doctors Ltd from liability.
18.1. Patients considering aesthetic treatments should have realistic expectations focusing on improvement rather than perfection.
18.2. Patients must disclose any history of significant emotional depression, anxiety, or mental health disorders before treatment.
18.3. While aesthetic treatments may have psychological benefits, their impact on mental health cannot be guaranteed.
19.1. Collection, processing, and storage of personal information will comply with GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018.

20.1. Sculpted by Doctors shall not be liable for economic loss or indirect damages arising from service provision.
20.2. Patients are responsible for providing relevant medical details, and Sculpted by Doctors will not be liable for damages resulting from non-disclosure.
20.3. Patients are obliged to follow post-treatment instructions, with liability exceptions for Sculpted by Doctors’ negligence.
All feedback, positive or negative, is valued and used to enhance service quality. Feedback may be provided verbally, in writing, via email, social media, or the clinic website.
While we strive for a positive patient experience, complaints are welcomed and addressed promptly. Patients can raise concerns with the clinic manager via phone, email, or in person.
Terms and conditions may be amended periodically without notice, with updated versions available on our website.
Failure to exercise rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver, and any breach will not negate subsequent enforcement.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain unaffected.
26.1. These terms are governed by English law.
26.2. Disputes between parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
27.1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties, superseding all prior agreements.
27.2. Parties agree not to rely on statements not explicitly outlined in these terms.
28.1. These terms do not confer rights on third parties to enforce any provision.
29.1. By consenting to the use of your image for promotional purposes, you grant Sculpted by Doctors perpetual rights to use your likeness in various media formats.
